Index numbers match LAKOH’s lens option labels. SPH is sphere power. CYL is cylinder power. ADD is the near addition. Send your full prescription so LAKOH can check the combination.

Which finish fits your day?

  • Clear: No added color tint.
  • Photochromic: Darkens outdoors and fades back indoors.
  • Color tint: A fixed tint for sunglasses.
  • Polarized: A tinted option that reduces reflected glare.
  • Blue light filtering: Choose it on its own or with photochromic lenses in the All Distance menu.

Which lens option fits my day?

Choose All Distance if you move between reading, screens and looking farther away during your day. Choose Office if you mainly need glasses for reading and computer work. Office lenses do not replace glasses for distance vision. Next, compare the included features. Send us your prescription and frame choice so we can help you check your options.

Does “Premium” mean the best lens for everyone?

No. Premium is one of the names in the LAKOH menu. A name or a higher index does not, by itself, tell you the lens design or which choice suits you. Check the actual specifications.

What is included with clear progressive lenses?

All Distance and Office clear lens packages include anti-reflective treatment, scratch resistance and UV protection at every listed level. These features are part of the clear lens package price. Other finishes are separate choices.

Can I add photochromic or polarized lenses?

For All Distance, compare photochromic, Photochromic + Blue Light, color tint and polarized options. Office lists clear and blue light filtering options. The choices depend on your material and prescription. Ask us to check your combination.

What does “included” mean?

Included means the feature is part of the listed lens package price. Optional means you choose it separately; the price may change. Check the exact use, material and finish before ordering.

Will these lenses work with my frame and prescription?

For All Distance orders, LAKOH reviews your prescription, PD and fitting-height information, and frame fit before production. If a detail needs clarification, the team contacts you. For Office, ask the team to check the working distance and fitting requirements for your chosen lens.

Does a value in the prescription form confirm my lens can be made?

A form entry is one part of the order. The full prescription, lens material and frame must work together. For All Distance, LAKOH reviews these details before production.
