The Manufacturing Time for your glasses depends on the lens type you've selected.

Here’s a general estimate:

  • Non-Rx Lenses: 1–2 business days
  • Single Vision Lenses: 2–3 business days
  • Blue light, Bifocal, Progressive, and Photochromic Lenses: 3–5 business days
  • Tint, Mirror, and Polarized Lenses: 5–7 business days

Return & Refund Policies

Policy

30-DayExchange & Return

If you’re not satisfied or made an ordering error, contact us within 30 days of receiving your glasses for a free exchange (shipping fees apply) or a 50% refund. Each order qualifies for one time exchange or return.

30-DayWarranty

If you receive glasses with defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days, we’ll remake them or issue a full refund upon confirmation.

Note: This does not cover damage from accidents, negligence, or improper care.

365-DayFrame Guarantee

We offer a one-time frame replacement within 365 days for clear defects in material or workmanship. Within 30 days: Free replacement frame.

Within 31–365 days: 50% off frame price + shipping fees.

    Preparation for shipping

    Return glasses in unworn, original condition and packaging (including case and cloth). Include your name, contact info, order number, and reason for return.

  3. Step 3

    Attention to status

    Ship via a traceable method.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Step 4

    Refund or replacement

    Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and will appear in your account within 7–10 business days.

Import charges may be payable to your destination’s customs authority.

Which delivery option is free?

Standard Shipping is free on orders over $65. Standard Shipping otherwise costs $7.95. Advanced costs $9.95. Business Express costs $22.95 and is not included in free shipping.

What happens if a parcel is delayed?

Weather or customs may cause delays. Non-delivery after 1–2 months: contact us for a refund or remake.

How do the delivery options compare?
