What should I consider first?

Do I need a prescription to ask for help?
You can start with a product question. Have a current prescription ready before ordering prescription glasses. Do not upload it here.
Can I choose a frame from its lens height alone?
No. Lens height is a frame measurement. Fitting height depends on where your eyes sit in the frame as you wear it. Ask how the fit will be checked.
Can this page check my eyesight?
No. This page helps you prepare a shopping question. For an eye exam, a prescription or a health concern, speak with an eye care professional.
What if I already have a problem with my pair?
Use existing-order support. Have your order number and a short description ready. You do not need to start a new buying request.
