Refund policy
A return is only eligible if the item is in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it. There may be a shipping charge for a one-time return or replacement, however, the eyeglasses will be free of charge.
In the event that a return is necessary, please contact us at contact@lakoh.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package if your return request has been accepted.ย
Then you need to ship the item(s) back and notify our customer service team to initiate the refund or replacement. Please contact our Customer service at email to get the return address. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@lakoh.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.ย If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exchanges
Feel free to request an exchange if the item you receive does not match the one you ordered online. You will be required to submit a photo as proof in this case.ย You may request a replacement pair with the same order details or contact our customer service team if you wish to make any changes to your order.ย We should deliver aย newย item within 2 days since your request is accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund has been granted.ย You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if your application is approved.ย
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us at contact@lakoh.com if it has been over 15 business days since we approved your return.
